stoweboyd:

I discovered (via http://eulr.co/socbizdesign) a beautiful visualization of one company’s True Colors personality test results, created by superimposing the team’s individual profiles on top of each other (from Designing a Learning Organization by Matthew Scharpnick).

Not only arresting visaully, I bet that a great deal of conflict and cooperation can be predicted by looking at various pairwise and morewise combinations of personalities. The True Colors personality test was created by Don Lowry in the late ’70s, and is based on a weighted self-assessment on 20 indices which are then aggregated into color-coded types:

yellow — dependable, loyal, organized, trustworthy

green — abstract, private, philosophical, systematic

blue — perceptive, nurturing, harmonious, empathetic

red — flexible, practical, decisive, adventurous

True Colors website is a bit old school, so I doubt that they are going to build a app to do what Elefint did, but I wish someone would.
