Actually, we are all available to as many brands of clothes we wear, beverages we drink, food we eat, books we read… Unconsciously, we are promoting those products, simply because we use them and we are exposing ourselves with them. This is the principle of muses. Thus we can find Beyoncé and Lady Gaga in Forbes’ top of the most influential people in the world, alongside political figures. More than any message, what is promoted is an image. At the age of 360-degree branding culture and self-promoted use of the Internet, our own bodies are turning into displays, beyond traditional signboards. In the same way that magenta color can be bought, I’m taking possession of my identity and my physical body, my ultimate display panel.
And I am lending it.
