The battle’s hero, General Ignacio Seguin Zaragoza was born in Goliad, Texas. On the 150 year anniversary of the battle, we also celebrate the achievements made by Hispanics in the United States of America. We are teachers, doctors, astronauts, authors, artists, economists, judges, generals, and public servants. The list goes on and on, and so will we.
