Hey museum people— have you heard about the WALL? A project of the Museum of Copenhagen, it’s a 12 meter long, 2 meter high interactive multitouch screen showing both archival images from the museum’s collection and user-contributed photographs of the city. The wall travels to different squares in Copenhagen (you can track its itinerary on the website). Users can log in to upload and tag their own images of Copenhagen.
I haven’t seen it myself, but it seems like a great use of crowd-sourcing to create meaningful relationships between people, images, and the city they love.
