I made a real game! This is what I came up with for MDDN242 project 3 at VUW School of Design. It’s a little game I call Pixel Plumber. The player operates a kind of ‘spaceship’ and by travelling through drain pipes the player clears a path for the water to flow. The player loses the game when the water becomes too contaminated by the ‘acid’. By using the left and right mouse buttons the player can destroy and place dirt to direct the water to the end pipe with minimal contamination.
Here’s the code. Untidy and illegible in places, but it’s functional and I met the deadline. I would definitely like to build upon it in future.
Download it here for Mac (~36mb).
