Clay Shirky’s opinion on MOOCs and the disruption of (higher) education is bouncing around my head, resonating with the quote above. Shirky’s argument is supported his comparisons to Napster and the distribution of music. If we combine Shirky’s vision with the one above, does this suggest a future where education is a loss leader?
