These are all VERY good and important, but also, don’t forget that they apply (maybe even more) to graduate school. I wish someone had told me that my physical health mattered more than my academic work. I ended up getting gnarly carpal tunnel in both hands and definitely a little puffier. But if you’re broke and stressed, it’s so easy to to think that work is the most important thing, and to feel very guilty about taking breaks. But if you don’t take breaks, your work will be shittier, and everything will feel worse, I guarantee it. Make some time.
