Woah hey, check it out we totally have a Tumblr!
Some of you may remember that we used to use this space for Babycastles staff to talk about cool games that they wanted to share with others. It was really cool and really fun, but unfortunately we kind of lost momentum with that project as we got busy with other things. We didn’t forget about this space though, and maybe one day we’ll be able to coordinate ourselves well enough to get that back on track!
For right now though, we kind of wanted a way to talk to you guys about what we’re up to more often. We have our newsletter and our Twitter, but we realized that we have a lot more things to say and nowhere to write that stuff down. So we’re repurposing this area so that we can tell you more about what’s going on and what we’re planning. We’ve spent a lot of time keeping quiet while we were taking steps towards opening a permanent space, and now that we’ve got that in motion we wanted to share more details about the things we’re doing and the progress we’re making. We’re really excited about a lot of things, and we hope you’ll be excited with us! There might be a couple different folks writing here (right now it’s EMi, hi!) and there’s definitely going to be all kinds of information shared that you haven’t really seen from us before. It should be fun!
Before this post ends though, here’s a quick reminder that tonight DOUG WILSON (aka that cool guy who made Joust!) will be speaking at NYU Poly about Accelerometers and it’s going to be pretty cool. We’ll also be setting up our Donation Center (which you can see at the top of the post) so if you were thinking of becoming a Babycastles Gallery Member but also wanted to get out the house a little, we’d love to see you!
