It will be in the news by now. Two, perhaps three, students in the hospital with favorable prognosis. The student who carried the shotgun asked for a teacher by name, and is now dead reportedly by his own hand.
There were sympathetic lock-down responses at all of the other area schools until the extent of the threat had been assessed. My son attends another high-school, district boundaries. I coached recreational middle-school soccer with kids who are now at Arapahoe, Columbine, Littleton and Englewood High Schools.
