Dr Manhattan is an artists comic book that comprises a series of single-panel comic drawings that re-imagine the comic book character of Dr Manhattan from the DC comics The Watchmen. The character in the original conception by the English author Alan Moore is a lonely omnipotence. My re-envisioning is of this same omnipotence who had also seen Chespirito and Charlie Brown. This is a globalized Chibi Dr Manhattan.
