\nELECTRONIC VISUALISATION TECHNOLOGIES IN ART, MUSIC, DANCE, THEATRE, THE
\nSCIENCES AND MORE<\/p>\n

\u200bSubmit your proposal for the EVA London 2014 Research Workshop<\/p>\n

The Research Workshop will be held on Tuesday 8th July 2014, 2.00 \u2013 6.00pm<\/p>\n

Catch the very latest research and share yours! Present and discuss your
\ndeveloping project in a supportive and informal environment with a
\nsympathetic peer group and other EVA London delegates – and meet others who
\nare working in this field. A 15 minute presentation on your ideas, plans or
\ninitial results will be followed by 5 minutes of questions and discussion.
\nSend your proposal<\/p>\n

*by end of day Friday 21st March 2014*<\/p>\n

Write your proposal on the 1 page Research Workshop Proposal form (see
\nlink to download, top right). Your proposal must fit on *1 side of A4 only*,
\nas in the form.<\/p>\n

\nProposers will be notified of decisions on acceptance on 31st March 2014.<\/p>\n

For proposals that are accepted, *11th April 2014* is the deadline for
\nsubmitting your final one page paper for publication.
\nDetails<\/p>\n

\u2022 Each presentation is 15 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions and
\ndiscussion
\n\u2022 If accepted, you will be offered a free registration bursary for the
\nwhole day. This will include attending morning conference presentations
\nincluding the keynote speech, refreshments, lunch and an early evening
\nreception – a chance to network after the workshop.
\n\u2022 Each participant will receive an EVA London Certificate confirming that
\nthey have participated in the Research Workshop.
\n\u2022 Your short Research Workshop paper will be published in the Conference
\nProceedings, which are published online and as a bound volume by the
\nChartered Institute for IT (BCS)
\n\u2022 Your will be encouraged to attend EVA London next year, 2015, to make a
\nfull presentation and publication.<\/p>\n
