Game balance isn&rsquo;t easy either because in Chambara, it\u2019s a matter of deliberate shadow placement, rather than adjusting values on a spreadsheet. Yet, all the polish and balance in the world won&rsquo;t make Chambara great if it\u2019s morally broken.
