A lot of email. A lot of planning ahead and making sure that all of our goals align down the road. A LOT of email.\u00a0These plans are going to be great when they hit, but Greg and I have been going kind of nuts because it doesn\u2019t feel like we\u2019re doing anything at all.<\/p>\n<p>And then today we saw <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AsherVo\/status\/461243214628806657\">this<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/66.media.tumblr.com\/aeef36627c074f01ba7d0b2770afe3a5\/tumblr_inline_n4tfshDBra1qia1gb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I retweeted it instantly, which prompted this message from Greg:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/66.media.tumblr.com\/e7a2ca24b4535afd11f6bd33df731898\/tumblr_inline_n4tfxmnAUb1qia1gb.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve been wracking our brains about how to handle Threes merchandise. How should we manufacture things, how should we distribute things\u2026 at one point we were talking about how to \u201cmanage our image,\u201d which makes me gag just thinking about it.<\/p>\n<p>So this image inspired us. It inspired us to throw all of our planning and brainstorming and management to the way side and actually\u00a0<strong>have fun<\/strong> with our lives and this business we\u2019re running.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Two hours later we launched <a href=\"http:\/\/teespring.com\/threes2\">two<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/teespring.com\/threes1\">separate<\/a> Teespring campaigns and within a week the first non-digital Threes products will exist.<\/p>\n<p>Planning be damned.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>bravo!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ashervollmer: I\u2019ve been doing a lot of work on Threes lately, but all of it has been intangible.
