(I didn\u2019t see Microsoft\u2019s Hololens, but everything I heard says it\u2019s pretty special so take everything I say here with a grain of salt.) The other VR\/AR stuff seemed like a big ho-hum\u00a0to me. Maybe that\u2019s just my prejudice \u2013 I think VR\u2019s going to be a fad (again) and at best a minor part of gaming\u2019s future, not unlike stereoscopic 3D, which I also called out as a fad. (I still think I\u2019m right about 3D.
